About payment methods

We offer the following payment methods.

Credit card payment

You can use VISA, Master , Amex , and JCB credit cards.
The breakdown of the total payment amount is "product price + shipping fee".
Payments can only be made in one lump sum.

Paypal

You can safely and easily pay by credit card using PayPal 's service. When using Paypal , please rest assured that your credit card information will be managed by Paypal and will not be passed directly to our store.

Amazon Pay

You can easily pay with the card registered to your Amazon account .

Cash on delivery (Sagawa Express e-collect)

This is Sagawa Express' cash on delivery service. A cash on delivery fee will be charged in addition to the product price and shipping fee. Please pay the total amount of the product purchase price plus the cash on delivery fee to the delivery person. In addition to paying in cash, you can also pay with multiple credit and debit cards.
Less than 10,000 yen: 330 yen including tax
Less than 30,000 yen: 440 yen including tax
100,000 yen or less: 660 yen including tax

About shipping methods

Products will be delivered using Sagawa Express.

As a general rule, we will ship within 2 business days after placing your order.

about shipping cost

A flat shipping fee of 660 yen will be charged nationwide (excluding trial sets).

If the total product price is 16,500 yen (tax included) or more, we will pay the shipping fee.

Regarding changes, cancellations, and returns after ordering

We do not accept changes or cancellations after placing your order.

Points to note when registering your email address

After confirming your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email.
