About AYURMASTER

Longevity Science × Ayurveda

Reverse aging, from cells to humans.

Our wish is for everyone to enjoy
"living long, healthy and beautiful lives" in a super-aging society.

Moving forward, the pursuit of "beauty and health" that encompasses the entire body is crucial.
As researchers of cellular rejuvenation, we offer this new value as AYURMASTER.

Three Pillars

Design Based on Cell Research

Our product development is based on research into cellular aging and rejuvenation.

Wisdom of Ayurveda

We utilize the herbal techniques of the medical system known as the "science of longevity" with modern science.

Scientific Selection and Quality Control

Only ingredients that pass component analysis and various tests are used, ensuring safety and efficacy.

About AYURMASTER

"AYURMASTER" is a brand of reverse aging care products developed by a startup company from Yokohama City University's Longevity Science Laboratory, which has been researching cellular aging and rejuvenation mechanisms for many years. It combines cutting-edge life science with Ayurvedic beauty and health theories, and is based on their research findings.

About Ayurveda

Ayurveda (ayurveda) is a compound word from Sanskrit, ayur (longevity) + veda (system of knowledge), and is translated as "the science of longevity." Its origins can be traced back over 8,000 years, with its current form believed to have developed between the 5th and 6th centuries BCE.

In Japan, oil massages and yoga are well-known, but the main focus is herbal preparations, which are used in all treatments. The art of utilizing herbs is considered the essence of Ayurveda.

By unraveling the power of ancient herbs with modern science, we have made reverse aging possible.

Uncompromising Commitment to Ingredients

AYURMASTER products frequently use traditional Ayurvedic herbs.
The effectiveness of herbal preparations depends on the selection and combination of herbs.

We integrate traditional medicine with our unique research data to pursue herbal preparations effective for beauty and healthy longevity.

What makes our herbs different?

The herbs used in AYURMASTER are grown in Bangladesh, located in the delta of the Indian subcontinent. The rivers flowing from the Himalayas, rich in nutrients and minerals, combined with fertile soil and a warm climate, make it the most suitable land for herb cultivation. We cultivate herbs under the guidance of experts on our own farms and through contract farmers.

The quality of herbs varies greatly depending on the cultivation area and harvest time. We conduct rigorous quality tests on herbs collected in Bangladesh in Japan and use only the highest quality herbs. Furthermore, since the components of herbs vary depending on the growing environment, we optimize cultivation methods and harvesting times.

Component Analysis of Used Herbs

The content of active ingredients in herbs cannot be judged solely by cultivation area or appearance. Therefore, we conduct scientific analysis and use only herbs that contain a sufficient amount of active ingredients.

The graph below shows the analysis pattern of Amla fruit extract by high-performance liquid chromatography. The peaks represent the types and quantities of organic compounds such as polyphenols, with the left showing a passing sample and the right a failing sample. The pass rate is low, at about 20%, and our ability to scientifically select is a major strength.

Safety and Quality Control

At our factory in Japan, we adhere to manufacturing standards and strictly control the production process. To confirm the safety and effectiveness of our products, we conduct cytotoxicity tests, stability tests, skin irritation tests, and microbial tests.

※ Cytotoxicity tests are performed using human skin cells at the Longevity Science Laboratory, Yokohama City University.

About our Research Foundation

The foundation of Ayurmaster products is based on the research findings of the Longevity Science Laboratory (Graduate School of Life and Nanosystem Sciences), Yokohama City University.

In 2005, we published the "imbalanced proliferation model," which states that cellular aging arises from an imbalance of biological macromolecules (DNA, RNA, proteins).
In 2016, we successfully proliferated aged cells, demonstrating the possibility of reverse aging at the cellular level.

Comparison of Young and Aged Cells

When young cells are exposed to various stresses, they become senescent cells that lose their ability to proliferate. Senescent cells accumulate waste products within the cell and exhibit enlarged and flattened morphology.

Fair Trade

In rural Bangladesh, a high poverty rate is a challenge, due to low farmer incomes caused by a lack of added value for agricultural products.

By cultivating and purchasing herbs with scientific evidence locally, we aim for a win-win situation that contributes to job creation and improves farmers' livelihoods through increased added value, while simultaneously achieving sustainable income growth and the growth of our company.
